Gallery 297 (formerly Green River Gallery) will host an opening reception, to which the public is invited, for ”Room with Two Views: Watercolor Paintings by Lee Bergwall Hanks and Peter Hussey” on Sunday, October 22 from 1 to 3 p.m. The gallery is located at 297 Hope St., Second Floor of the Green River Silver Company, in Bristol, Rhode Island. The exhibit - open until November 9 - will showcase Hanks and Hussey’s architectural watercolors. Their work is photo-realistic, concentrating on the abstract elements of rooflines, windows and doors, the play of light and dark and every detail of ornamentation.
