Gallery 297 will host an opening reception and awards presentation, to which the public is invited, for “Winter Wonderland: A Juried Exhibition” on Sunday, January 9th from 1 to 3 p.m. The gallery is located on the second floor of the Green River Silver Company at 297 Hope Street in historic Bristol, Rhode Island. The exhibit - open until February 9, 2007 - will showcase the work of regional artists depicting the colors and scenes of winter selected for this exhibit by juror, Grace Bentley-Scheck, an internationally exhibited Rhode Island printmaker.
