Call to Artists Videography and Editing Services The Old Slater Mill Association (OSMA) is requesting Letters of Interest from experienced videography / editing artists, emerging or established, individual or team, to supply production services associated with an interpretive video with a manufacturing theme, incorporating images and sensations of sound. The product will be an 10 minute multiple-channel HD video that will be screened as a 10- week art installation inside the historic 1793 Old Slater Mill in Pawtucket, RI, situated within a National Historic Landmark District, and part of the Blackstone River Valley National Historical Park. The video will be based on direction provided by an OSMA creative team. OSMA has received preliminary grant support for the creation of the exhibition, a portion of which is earmarked to support production services. OSMA will coordinate the project, convene a creative committee, and construct the exhibition and viewing infrastructure. The videography/editing contractor(s) will be responsible for production services required to capture content in the field and in multiple manufacturing environments, advising the team on pre-production and location needs, and sound and video editing post-production for final product assembly and delivery. Letters of Interest of maximum 2 to 3 pages in length must include: 1. A Statement of qualifications, relevant experience and resources 2. A Statement of your preparedness to commit to the completion of the project within eight (8) months from contract execution 3.
