William M. Davies, Jr. Career and Tech is currently seeking vendors and artisans for our Spring Bazaar, to be held Saturday, April 8, 2017, from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. The event will be held on campus at Davies, 50 Jenckes Hill Road in Lincoln.
To be a part of our Spring Bazaar, please CLICK HERE to download our vendor agreement form. The form, as well as payment, must be returned to Davies by Wednesday, March 22, at the address listed above. Please send “Attention to Paula Carlton” with checks made payable to “Davies.”
Vendor Agreement Terms and Conditions:
- No refunds if the vendor chooses not to show up on the day of the event for any reason.
- If the organizers of this event cancel for any reason, the fee paid will be returned to the vendor.
- Spaces are 10′ x 8′, vendor must supply their own furniture and/or displays, max table length allowed is 8′.
- 10′ x 2.5′ cafeteria tables with fixed benches can be rented for an additional $10 each.
- There are limited spaces with power outlets, to be considered for one of these spots, you must indicate so in your vendor form.
- Vendor is responsible for their own extension cords if needed.
- Vendors may not sell any type of alcoholic beverages nor items of a sexual or erotic nature.
- Doors will open for vendor set-up at 8:00 am (follow signs to vendor parking area at the back of the building).
- Vendors will receive their assigned location number upon check-in the morning of April 8th.
- Each vendor to contribute one vendor-specific item to the Davies Raffle Table upon check-in, proceeds to benefit the Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) program at Davies.
Because we want this to be a great experience for guests and vendors, we reserve the right to restrict the number of vendors in a particular category (ex: food, jewelry, etc.), so please be sure to DOWNLOAD your vendor form and send it to us today!
Also note: This Bazaar is a fundraiser for the Davies Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) program. An important component of our education is ensuring that students enter the workforce not only with the right academic and technical skills, but with the right soft skills. Davies, as part of our PBIS initiative, focuses on teaching students appropriate behaviors by motivating them with meaningful reinforcement such as verbal praise, school privileges, and tangible items.
