Josie Morway is a graduate of RISD, and has shown her large portraits of birds widely, from Juarez Mexico to the DeCordova Museum in Massachusetts. Her paintings feature birds from many regions in photo realistic detail, using abstraction and fragmentation to create non-traditional compositions.
