Trinity Rep Radio Theatre’s May Episode Airs May 4 – 6

Upcoming “Literary Soulmates” episode to air May 4-6 on 1290 WRNI

Trinity Rep is pleased to announce the newest installment of their radio show

- Trinity Rep Radio Theater, created in partnership with WRNI, Rhode Island’s

NPR News Station. The May edition of the program will air the weekend of May

6-8 and will be the last new program of the season, with encore presentations

set to air during the summer months. Hosted by WRNI’s Morning Edition Host

Bob Seay, the monthly show features performances by Trinity Rep artists,

recorded live at WRNI studios in Providence. The show will broadcast on 1290

WRNI Friday, May 4 at 8:00pm, Saturday, May 5 at 1:00pm and Sunday, May 6 at

The May episode features the talents of Curt Columbus and company members

Janice Duclos, Barbara Meek, and Fred Sullivan, Jr. The program compliments

Trinity Rep’s current production of Sarah Ruhl’s The Clean House, by

featuring performance and discussion of the work and letters of “Literary

Soulmates” Elizabeth Barrett & Robert Browning and Anton Chekhov & Olga

Knipper. The program is made possible in part by a grant from the ADDD Fund

at The Rhode Island Foundation, and by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation’s

support of Trinity Rep’s resident acting company.
