Mayor Cicilline and The Department of Art, Culture & Tourism announce a call for proposals for the Neighborhood Performing Arts Initiative, Summer 2005, creating artistic and cultural opportunities for youth, adults and families in the neighborhoods and public spaces of the City of Providence.
