Summer Youth Art Programs in Tiverton and Little Compton

Newport Art Museum teams up with local organizations
Newport, RI: Parents along the Sakonnet River or in South Coast Massachusetts can enroll their children in summer art camps at two near-by locations: the Tiverton Four Corners Art Center and the Little Compton Community Center. These part-day camps are taught by instructors from the Newport Art Museum’s art school: the Coleman Center for Creative Studies.
Morning and afternoon camps in Little Compton and Tiverton run in weekly sessions beginning July 7 for children ages 6 – 13. Children explore a wide variety of creative themes and media. Costs range from $90 to $135 and Newport Art Museum members receive a discount. The Newport Art Museum offers dozens of summer camps, classes and workshops designed for people of all ages and artistic abilities. Sign up for two or more programs at any location before the end of June and receive a $10 discount on a new Household or Military Membership.
All Newport Art Museum classes and camps are led by working artists and professional educators in safe and welcoming settings in Newport, Tiverton and Little Compton.
