Alex Weinstein Exhibition at Didi Suydam Contemporary
Didi Suydam Contemporary, 1 Bannister’s Wharf, Newport, RI 02840 wishes to announce the exhibition opening of Alex Weinstein. The exhibit will feature Weinstein’s latest paintings.
Weinstein’s vaguely referential ocean-abstractions allude to the intimate relationship that the artist shares with the Pacific. An avid surfer based in LA, Weinstein paints many of his compositions from a first-person perspective, often urging the viewer to become immersed in the loosely painted compositions.

The opening reception will be Thursday, August 14th 6 to 9 pm. The exhibit will run through September 10th.
