CityArts! All That Glitters Gala Seeks Artists
The eighth annual *CityArts! All That Glitters Gala* will be held on December 1st at the Roger Williams Park Casino. The *All That Glitters Gala*is CityArts! annual event to raise funds to support free quality arts education programs for urban at-risk youth – ensuring a meaningful connection between the arts and youth development.
As tradition warrants, CityArts! is calling upon the talent and creative support of artists and designers to create and donate an “artist tree and/or elements of a tree” that will be included in our *City of Trees Silent Auction*. The *City of Trees* is our event’s signature activity which provides a wonderful contribution to our fund raising goals. As a CityArts! Tree Artist, you will receive two complimentary tickets to the Gala and VIP reception (additional tickets will be made available to you at cost – $40), and you will be recognized during the evening’s program.
The Gala committee is gearing up for a spectacular night of cocktails, fine food, music and festive fun. It’s a celebration of the arts – and most importantly it’s an event where people come together to support the positive connection between the arts and youth development. We hope you will join us and make a difference in the lives of 400 and more youth.
*If interested please call, fax or email us with your contact information and we will forward you an installation parameters sheet along with a submission form to be completed and returned by November 11th.* Each year the *City of Trees* adds sparkle to the season. We hope you will help us this year!
