Please double space your manuscripts and make sure you have toner in your printer. Please tell us about yourself in a cover letter. Simultaneous submissions are okay, but please let contest know if your manuscript is accepted for publication elsewhere in the meantime. Manuscripts cannot be returned, and everyone will be notified of results via email. Deadline is December 31, 2008. Winner announced in February.
