Over the Top Gallery is located in the historic Arcade in Downtown Providence, 65 Weybosset Street, # 49 (on the second floor) Providence, RI 02903. The gallery will now be open until 5 pm during the week & Saturdays from Noon-5 pm

The gallery features paintings, sculptures, drawings, shrines, and tribally influenced beaded jewelry by gallery owner Bob Rizzo as well as items ranging from African sculpture to unique instruments, and ethnic (tribal) jewelry.
