RIPTA is now accepting proposals for the Hope Street Bus Shelter Project. The goal of the Hope Street Bus Shelter Project is to enhance the experience of those traveling through Hope Street by providing seating and shelter from the weather while introducing unique design elements to the streetscape environment. The one-of-a-kind bus shelter will reflect the area’s design and cultural heritage. The scope of this project is to add a favorite piece of neighborhood art while enhancing the experience of the transit user. The deadline to apply is January 29.
