The space has three large windows and is located on the third floor of a safe, secure and warm building (560 Mineral Spring in Pawtucket) with freight elevator. Beautiful mill windows overlook a river and some trees. I’m a quiet, reliable, mixed-media sculptor looking for a similar low-key person to share this space with. I’ve rented it for a few years and my studiomate is moving out. Open to different ways of dividing up the space to suit our needs, willing to consider dividing the space into 3 with the right folks.
