Vote for the Bohemian Quartet!
We are very pleased to announce that The Grammy Association has chosen to place us and our CD,“Beyond Tradition”, on the ballot for nomination for a Grammy Award! We are listed in 3 different places. One is for the ensemble as a whole and the other 2 are for the following pieces:
“The Two Guitars” – Stan Renard, arranger (The Bohemian Quartet)
track # 5 on CD
“And the Violins Stopped Playing Part 1” – Stan Renard, arranger (The Bohemian Quartet)
track #8 on CD
So, what does this mean? It means that the Grammy Association committee listened to our CD and deemed us worthy for placement on the ballot. The ballot is now available to all members of the Grammy Association. Members vote for the group or piece(s) they wish to see nominated for a Grammy Award. From this short list of nominees a winner is chosen.
If you want to hear our music, and you do not own our CD, you can find us at CDBaby.com and at iTunes. CD title is “Beyond Tradition”.
We have some projects/concerts in the works and will be announcing them within the next two months. Thank you for your continued support of the music we so love to play and share with you!
Sending you all peace, love, and good vibes….
