Seeking Female Actors
Seeking two women, 20s, for NYC premiere of new playSeeking two actresses (mid-twenties to mid-thirties – must be able to play late twenties) to portray sisters in a short play that will have its New York premiere at American Globe Theatre/Turnip Theatre Company’s NYC 15-Minute Play Festival next month.Auditions will be held Saturday, April 1 from 3pm to 5pm at Perishable Theatre, 95 Empire Street, Downtown Providence.
Tech rehearsal/performance date is Wednesday, April 26; commitment could also include May 5 and 6, if production advances to the Festival’s finals. ONLY AUDITIONEES AVAILABLE ON ALL OF THESE DATES WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE CAST. Rehearsal times/dates during the month of April can be negotiated, depending on the cast’s schedule.
Please prepare a one-minute contemporary monologue, and be prepared to read from the script. This adventure is unpaid, but travel and lodging will be provided.
