The Providence Art Club and the Hive Archive of Providence, RI are pleased to present “VOICE: Women in Contemporary Art”. This exhibition has been collaboratively produced by the Hive, a feminist art organization, and the Providence Art Club to highlight new work by women artists from across the United States. The Hive enlisted internationally renowned artist Kara Walker to act as the juror for the show. VOICE will feature 29 works of art from 27 artists selected by Walker from over 480 applicants nationwide.
