Foster Summer Concert Series

fosteringArts.org and The Foster Recreation Department present Foster Summer Concert Series for 2006. One each month at 6:30pm on the Foster Fairgrounds behind 181 Howard Hill Road, Foster, RI All concerts are Free to the Public, but we’ll pass the hat.  Bring chairs, blankets, supper; refreshments will be available.FOR MORE INFORMATION: www.fosteringArts.org or call 401-392-1322Thursday, June 8 – 6:30pmBill Hall and Northwind Bluegrass offer traditional bluegrass in the style of the Stanley Brothers, Flatt and Scruggs, and Reno and Smiley. Bill Hall has been performing for 50 years, and his resume includes playing with Joe Val, as well as the Lilly Brothers.

Two shows in July:

The Gnomes perform on July 6, same location and time as above. Village Harmony will provide a special program on July 27 at the Peeptoad Coffeehouse, home of the No. Foster Baptist Church, 81 East Killingly Road, Foster, RI. This program begins at 7pm.

Bill Harley will perform on August 17, same location and time as noted for our Summer Concert Series at the Foster Fairgrounds.
