Rhode Island’s VOICE OF ITALY Has Found A New Home

Rhode Island’s VOICE OF ITALY
MariaGina Aiello, Host/Director

“…quality programming, with an accent…on Italy”

The music goes on….the tradition continues!
Rhode Island’s Voice of Italy has found a new home, at
Sundays, 12:00 pm (noon).
MariaGina Aiello, host and director of Radio Italia, thanks to the appreciation of the many loyal fans of her weekly show, will continue the Sunday tradition, that stemmed
from the late Rolando Petrella’s 1952-1998 Voice of Italy program on WRIB.
Intent on offering to the Italian , the Italo-American community and to the many listeners of various ethnicities, the ‘magazine radio broadcast’ that they have come to love and make part of their lives.
For those that might be new to the presentation, Radio Italia in fact, mirrors (in music and comments) all aspects of lifestyle “made in Italy: from the calendar traditions to the historic highlights.
It features a subject that is at the core of a people’s identity: the language, of course.
The Italian language, recognized as the Language of Culture, throughout the world.
A ‘magazine radio broadcast’ therefore, with an accent …on style of life made in Italy.

To the loyal fans and to the new listeners: “Join the voyage, share the experience!”
MariaGina
