The Working Artist – Program Overview
The Working Artist Program provides the opportunity for an emerging artist to address areas of practical concern for their career. We will talk about how to write a CV, artists’ statement, biography, make an image list as well as provide marketing guidance and social media direction.
The program consists of a series of three-two hour lecture and discussion seminars. The program sessions are led by the seasoned internationally exhibiting artist China Blue who has for the last 18 years shown in museums and galleries throughout New York, France, Finland, UK, Sweden and New England and is the Director of The Engine Institute, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to promoting the intersection of art, science and technology.
Artists are requested to bring a sample of their resume, CV and statement.
