Seeking talented actors w/ some singing ability for Jewish/Italian musical comedic Dinner Theatre. Please prepare a monologue & song to sing acapella (or provide your own music). Not all parts require singing, but if you do have singing ability, we’d like to hear it! The shows will take place in various locations around the Providence area through the months of March, April, & May. Pay per show + food. Characters Needed:
TONY MANCINI: 50ish Italian father who is very protective of his daughters, Gina & Angel. He is a romantic and charming figure. Passionate, yet rules with a quiet power.
PRIMO DELUCA : Italian nephew, in his early 20’s. Very well groomed and in shape. He wears tight clothes, hair gel, & his sexuality is ambiguous.
LANCE FEINBERG: Awkward Jewish Mama’s boy, In his early to mid 20’s. He is whipped by his girlfriend Gina as well. Nervous, & used to being told what to do.
GINA MANCINI: Spoiled, bossy and self absorbed, attractive and high maintenance. Gina is in 20s. Since it is her birthday, the world revolves around her even more so than usual.
ANGEL MANCINI : Plain Jane appearance. She is outspoken and confident, yet obeys her father’s every command. She has a secret wild side that’s waiting to come out. She is her mid to late 20’s to early 30’s.
