The RI Heritage Festival

The annual RI Heritage Festival & RING Celebration of Diversity put together by RI Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission celebrate our state’s rich cultural heritage. Partners include the RIHPHC committees, RI National Guard, The Peace Flag Project, and Rhode Island State Council on the Arts (RISCA), the Annual Heritage Festival is held at Roger Williams National Memorial Park on 282 North Main St, Providence, RI. It features over 35 countries celebrating art, music, food and cultural displays by African American Subcommittee, Alliance Francaise de Providence, Ballet Folkloric Guadalupano (Mexico), British/Scotland Subcommittee, Cambodian Society of RI, Center for the Art & Culture of the Americas (Peru), Columbia en RI, Damhsa Irish Dance Foundation, Guatemalan Subcommittee, Haiti Subcommittee, India Subcommittee/India Museum & Heritage Society, International Gallery for Heritage & Culture/Ghana, International Institute of RI, Korean Subcommittee, Laotian Community Center of RI, Mali Subcommittee, RI Rhythm & Blues Preservation Society, RI Swedish Heritage Association, Turkish American Cultural Society of RI, and The NENACW Planning Committee.
