2013 The NEFA Idea Swap in Worcester, MA

2014 The National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures (NALAC) Regional Art Talks Training Workshop
The National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures (NALAC) Regional Arts Training Workshops convened in Providence, RI on Oct 10 and 11, 2014. It was the first time that a NALAC regional arts training workshop came to New England. Rhode Island State Council on the Arts hosted the 2 day event that was very well attended and successful with 170 participants. The event included workshops, panel discussions, 2 art exhibits, 44 speakers, performances from 18 culturally specific performers, 3 New Generations sessions and with the participation of 8 states. Over 140 Scholarships were awarded to artists, performers and art administrators of color to attend the regional, thanks to the scholarships sponsors like The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), The New England Foundation for the Arts (NEFA), RI Foundation, The Barr Foundation and Rhode Island Council on the Arts.

The National Summit on Creative Youth Development
March 27-29, 2014 in Boston, MA
