Paul Housberg’s work for the Noel Judicial Complex was inspired by the architecture and its references to water and wetlands. The kilnformed art glass has both color and texture and extends the water and wetlands theme in the form of four screens, one for each floor. Although not intended to be literal landscapes, these screens evoke the seasonal changes experienced in Rhode Island and wetland habitats. |
